XPX Long Island: Threads of Hidden Conflict in Family Enterprises
Conflict is just two ideas trying to hold the same space, and how we handle that conflict is usually what makes it productive or not. Families and organizations have hidden loyalties, relationship patterns, hierarchies, remembered hurts, competition, unexpressed expectations, and many other facts that are ripe to become seeds of conflict. We will discuss why these aspects exist, how to support clients in identifying them as well as strategies to resolve them. This interactive session will be most effective if you come with a client challenge in mind.
