John Colucci’s dual background as both an attorney and CPA gives him a differentiating perspective and depth of understanding of the legal issues necessary for protecting a growing business, as well as the financial drivers of operating and sustaining a successful company.
His clients range from start-up companies to large multi-owner private corporations. John has extensive experience in all areas of commercial transactions and business operations, and practices in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, business law, and business succession planning.
John received his JD from Suffolk University Law School and his BS in Accountancy from Bentley University.

Greg Romero is an accomplished strategist, operator and change-agent. Through his management consulting firm, he helps founder-led and multi-generational family businesses plan effectively, improve operating rhythms and solve for the unexpected.
Greg grew up in a family commodities business and more recently spent 5 years successfully running a separate family manufacturing company in the consumer goods space. He built his foundation of problem solving, strategy, planning and execution at Morgan Stanley in high-impact internal consulting and operator roles.
He holds his MBA from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a specialization in Strategy and Finance.

Steve Vesey has been a CPA for 40 years and a CBEC for 16. He sold his practice to devote full time efforts to business valuations, exit planning, and expert witness work.
As a CVA he prepared hundreds of business valuations and assisted baby boomer business owners in creating successful plans to exit from their enterprises.
Steve is also the proud recipient of the National Excellence in Exit Planning award from Pinnacle Equity Solutions and speaks at National Conferences on methods to increase Valuations.
His mission is to help the baby boomer business owner get to the finish line.
