XPX DC Metro: Case Study: Is the Business Ready for Sale?

This month we will continue to build the Exit Planning case for Simply Complex. In January we kicked off the case study with John and Mary with an “initial meeting”. (Below is a synopsis of the conversation we had and the issues that were raised).

This month, we want to assess whether the business is ready for sale. As we know, healthy businesses sell and there are numerous ‘basic” value drivers that we can assess to determine the sellability of Simply Complex.

• Quality of the Management Team
• Quality of Revenue

We’ll have a brief intro, more data on the case, and then break into discussion to share knowledge! We look forward to seeing you!
