Mr. Theodore practiced law as an M&A lawyer for more than 40 years. He practiced with King & Spalding in Atlanta from 1981 through 2003. After leaving King & Spalding, he served as the General Counsel of three well-known Atlanta public companies. During his career, Mr. Theodore was involved in buy-and sell-side transactions for scores of public and private companies in a wide variety of industries. Since joining McGriff, he has placed over $2.5 billion of representations and warranties insurance for transactions having an aggregate enterprise value of over $19.4 billion. Among these transactions was a $300 million tower of representations and warranties insurance for a client’s $3.6 billion acquisition. He has experience across a wide range of industry verticals, including transportation, staffing, and energy transactions, among others.
