Since John and Mary are considering an insider sale, their surety of being paid the full value of the sale is dependent on the capability of the team that will run the company once they are gone. In our case study, we have conducted four sessions with John and Mary, the principals of Simply Complex. This month we’re going to help John and Mary assess their management team and identify strengths and weaknesses of that team.
