XPX Nashville: Fall Happy Hour at Adams & Reese

Fall Social - Join us for an evening of networking and connecting with your Exit Planning Exchange colleagues and visitors that are interested in membership.

Registration Fees:

XPX Nashville Members: There is no Charge to XPX Nashville Members in good standing, but pre-registration is required so we have an accurate headcount for catering planning.

Non-Members: $25.00
Non-Members Same Day Fee: $35.00

Registration fee covers beverages.

Cancellation Policy: Our event registrations are not transferable/no substitutes from a member to non-member.  Our memberships are not sharable.  Membership benefits only apply to the Approved Individual Member, not to other employees of the same firm or company.  Paid Registrations- You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event.  The sale is final after the 72 hour deadline.  This registration is not transferable to another individual - NO SUBSTITUTES ALLOWED.

Broadwest:– Adams & Reese offices- 1600 West End, Suite 1400, Nashville, TN 37203
Parking (both options are self-pay - no validation is provided) 

Option 1 – Self Parking in BroadWest Garage:

The easiest access to the office side of the parking garage is via the entrances on 16th Ave (downtown side of the building) or Hayes St. (rear of the block). Please park anywhere in the non-reserved spaces on the office side of the parking garage.  *note – There are two elevators in the garage, go to the one on the East side (aka NOT by the fence). Take the parking garage elevator to the lobby and sign in with the security guards, they will send you to the 14th floor. *It’s a minor detail, but be warned that there’s no cell phone reception in the parking garage.

Option 2 – Valet Parking

Enter off of West End and pull in past Halls Restaurant. The valet stand will be on your right-hand side before you get to Starbucks. NOTE, valet charges are separate, AND NOTE ALSO, the valet may close prior to the end of the event, so please plan accordingly.  VALET ENDS AT 6PM
