Brant has been published in the American Society of Appraiser’s Business Valuation Review and the North Carolina Bar Association’s The Will & The Way. Additionally, he has testified as an expert witness in business valuation in Forsyth County, North Carolina District Court, Forsyth County, North Carolina Superior Court and Wake County, North Carolina Superior Court.

With over 30 years of CFO experience, Alex Avila is a seasoned financial leader who has helped small-to-midmarket companies grow and thrive. As a CPA, Alex has a strong command of accounting, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
Alex was previously CFO of Measurement Incorporated, a mid-market services and real estate firm. At MI, he founded and managed the company's ESOP, gaining practical ESOP knowledge. Fluent in Spanish, Alex holds a Master's in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Danny has more than 35 years of experience representing large and mid-size businesses and professional service firms regarding the implementation and administration of their employee benefit plans and compensation arrangements. He is regularly involved with complex transactions involving ESOPs, including ESOP implementation and finance transactions, ESOP administration issues, and transactions involving the sale of ESOP-owned companies.
Danny holds both a J.D. and B.S.B.A from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

With over two decades of experience in financial, strategic, and operational roles, he specializes in developing employee ownership strategies that achieve financial, strategic, and organizational goals. Previously, Ethan held senior positions at International Farming Corporation and PineBridge Investments. His career also includes roles in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and strategy consulting at McKinsey & Co.
