At this breakfast session, Christine Hollinden, a Kolbe Certified Consultant, will guide you through your personal results and show how to apply them in daily business operations. You’ll also see how teams use Kolbe to reduce friction, increase productivity, and create a stronger culture of collaboration.

After you register, you will be sent a unique link to take the Kolbe A Index online.

Take the assessment. The Kolbe A is a 36-question, multiple-choice assessment that typically takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Answer instinctively, without overthinking, as there are no right or wrong answers.

Complete by the deadline. You must complete the Kolbe A assessment by the registration closing date of October 20, 2025.
