Carlos Sava is a partner with Clifton & Co Merchant Banking, which advises and provides capital to small businesses in challenging situations. He focuses on Clifton acquisitions, serving as CFO of portcos, and transaction advisory. Over his investment banking, investment management, and CFO stages of his career, Carlos completed over 20 transactions valued at $2B+. His industry expertise includes logistics, industrials, home services, and software. Previously, he founded three investment-related businesses and two HVAC acquisition searches. Carlos earned his BBA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder and a CEPA.
