Michael Britten leads CLA’s national Transaction Tax Services practice with 25+ years of public and private experience, advising strategics and private equity on tax due diligence and structuring deals from millions to over a billion.

Tom Pauloski is a Senior National Director at Bernstein Private Wealth Management. He leads Bernstein’s Wealth Strategies Group, the Planning and Research arm of the firm. He works with private clients and their advisors on wealth transfer strategies, focusing on tax-efficient wealth management and asset allocation decisions.

Ryan Wautlet is a Senior Associate at Husch Blackwell in the Private Wealth, Financial Services and Capital Markets sector.
