Joan has been with the Accuity LLP since 2008. She previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Los Angeles in the Mergers and Acquisitions group before relocating back to Hawaii. Prior to joining Accuity LLP, Joan worked at Kamehameha Schools in the legal services group.

Darryl served as a part of the Hawaii Tax Review Commission and more recently as HSCPA president. As principal in charge of the individual and small business practice, he oversee`s strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
