The Letter of Intent (LOI) is one of the most critical stages in any transaction, shaping both deal structure and outcomes long before closing. An LOI can feel like a major milestone, but it also raises important questions: What does this really mean for you, what risks are you taking on, and how do you know if it’s a strong offer? In this session, we’ll break down what an LOI actually represents, how key terms impact your final outcome, and where sellers often give up value without realizing it. Please join us for an informative discussion with David Charles, a seasoned M&A professional as he provides practical insights to help you to better guide your clients when they receive an LOI.
