Sara Hartary is a value creation guru with over 20 years of experience improving the way companies run. She founded and served as CEO of BizOps Solved, a management consulting firm focused on value creation, fractional COO services, and exit planning, until its acquisition by Quantive. Her previous roles include COO, management consultant, director of professional services, and IT chief of staff.

Sara leads the Business Performance Group at Quantive delivering business strategy, owner goal alignment, and enterprise-wide growth to clients in a deliberately broad range of industries. She’s the co-author of The Path to $100 Million – A Founder’s Roadmap to Scaling Your Middle Market Company.
