A passionate advocate for second chances, Gina built a culture focused on empowering employees, strengthening neighborhoods, and creating opportunities for others. She ultimately transitioned ownership to her employees, creating more than 130 co-owners. Author of Recovery Hardware, Gina now shares her experiences helping business leaders build thriving organizations, develop strong cultures, and create meaningful legacies that extend well beyond financial success.
