XPX Atlanta: Exploring Exit Alternatives
Continuing our journey for a full lifecycle of a business owner going through an exit. Our prior luncheons touched on the timeline of preparation from 5 years out to 1 year out. This next luncheon will focus on Exit Alternatives for business owners that might not always be considered. Taking a lead on this topic, we have 3 panelists that will shed some light on ways a business owner can exit beyond a traditional approach.
In this luncheon, we’ll be touching on ESOPs, how PE can serve as a partner, to out of the box deal structures that can still deliver a successful exit for the owner!
