Continuing our 2026 theme of running through the timeline of taking a business from 5-years out from a sale to life after the sale, this month we’ll be exploring the behind-the-scenes intricacies of taking the business to market. At this luncheon, we’ll be discussing:
- Final touches on making the business market ready
- What do all the acronyms and lingo mean for those not fully initiated in the M&A circle?
- What are some differences of approach towards different kinds of buyers? Strategic, financial, etc.
- How does going to market compare between Main St businesses that are local vs regional/multi-State when it comes to finding buyers?

Sabrina Donley
Chief Outsiders
Sabrina Donley is a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer with Chief Outsiders, helping mid-market companies accelerate growth and increase enterprise value through commercial transformation. Over her 25-year career, she has led growth initiatives across industrial, manufacturing, technology, and medical device companies. During 13 years at Emerson Electric, she participated in more than 15 acquisitions and integration efforts. She later served on the leadership team of a CenturyLink data center business carve-out, supporting its separation and buyer evaluation process that led to its acquisition by private equity and launch as Cyxtera. Today, she helps companies build scalable commercial engines through market positioning, go-to-market strategy, and execution that drive organic growth, increase buyer confidence, and improve exit readiness.

Nate Pitcher
AltaBridge M&A
Nate Pitcher is the Managing Partner of AltaBridge M&A, an advisory firm focused on transactions valued over $10M. Over his career, Nate has managed over $1.2B in transaction value. He works with both buy- and sell-side clients and enjoys helping business owners achieve their M&A goals. Before founding AltaBridge, he spent 10 years at a boutique M&A advisory firm and, before that, was a Director at a consumer products company. He is a graduate of BYU’s Marriott School of Management and is fluent in Spanish. Away from work, you'll likely find him outdoors with his wife and five children, either at the soccer field or on a hiking trail.

Yasmine Jandali is a seasoned valuation specialist, and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), a distinction held by fewer than 500 business brokers worldwide. With more than 20 years of experience in business sales, she brings a unique perspective as both a former small business owner and investment banking professional. Before becoming a professional business broker, Yasmine worked in her family's restaurant, then built and sold a successful chain of upscale tanning salons, giving her firsthand insight into the nuances and emotions involved in successfully starting, operating, and exiting a business.
