Additionally, she heads the Acceleration program for early-stage AI startups. Summer excels at blending vision, research, design, and business acumen to create user-centric solutions and scale companies.

As the inaugural Head of Research at Google Comms, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Roblox, Summer built high-impact research organizations from the ground up. Her talent for understanding user needs, uncovering insights, and translating research into intuitive user experiences has contributed to over a billion users across these platforms.

Scott is a West Point-trained Systems Engineer turned revenue leader and AI builder, with a 20-year track record spanning startups, enterprise sales, and operational turnarounds. At Startwise AI, he serves as Co-CEO, driving business and go-to-market strategy, as well as leading the company's AI-first product initiatives.

As a founding or senior leader at Andela, Trusted Health, and Appsembler, Scott built and scaled revenue organizations from the ground up. His ability to engineer systems, lead high-performing teams, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes has contributed to hundreds of millions in ARR growth across B2B SaaS, marketplace, and services businesses.
