Before founding ECE Advisory, Kevin led Withum's Investment Banking group and the Corporate Advisory division at Peapack Gladstone Bank, advising on M&A, private placements, and financial restructurings. He also launched and managed New Jersey's only SBIC-licensed fund and spent over a decade in commercial banking with institutions that became Bank of America.

Prior to joining the firm, John was an executive member of the senior management team of FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc., where he had financial responsibility for multiple business units. During his tenure, the organization grew to an international presence and supported clients around the world. His focus surrounded long-term relationships with the organization’s highest profile clients both domestically and internationally. His final efforts included guiding the successful sale of the company, which delivered a significant premium to shareholders. As an advisor with Bernstein, John leverages his two decades of professional experience in building relationships with a diverse list of clients. He earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business. He is active in Metuchen Community Services and is the finance chairperson for the YMCA of MEWSA.
