Jackie has been a serial entrepreneur, for many decades, the number of which she will not share :). From real estate to construction to restaurants to a large wedding venue and now a few coffee shops and a bakery. Jackie has experienced all of the elements from having no team to building a team required to sell her businesses. Jackie will share several elements about hiring, culture, and what tricks she learned along the way.

Pete was raised in an entrepreneurial family and as any real entrepreneur had some great successes and a few failures along the way. Pete has been involved in tech companies, real estate, property management, and now is in the team business with a virtual assistant company. Pete has been in the growing teams for a very long time and will share how he built and sold his last company with a great team, and how he is doing the same at a bigger scale today.

Doug was raised by business owners, not exactly entrepreneurs, where he learned the value of learning how to grow a business versus being a great employee. Doug's experience with a team was driven by one client's request to have more of his services, and they suggested hiring more people. With the reality of hiring to grow profits clearly defined by the client, Doug began the journey of billing less, and earning more, all through the leverage of teams. Eventually selling his two tech businesses, which reached 60+ team members, Doug joined an international business coaching organization where he now leads businesses to have a business that runs without the owner with great teams and appropriate systems.
