How Market Trends Are Shaping Exit Planning and M&A
The best advisors understand not only what business owners are doing—but why they're doing it. Join Joel Mueller, Managing Partner and Research Director at Barlow Research, as he shares exclusive research on the priorities, challenges, and decision-making of today's small and middle market business owners.
Drawing from Barlow Research's proprietary data, Joel will explore economic sentiment, lending trends, industry dynamics, and the factors influencing M&A activity in the lower middle market. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how business owners are thinking—and how those perspectives are evolving.
Whether you advise clients as an attorney, accountant, wealth advisor, lender, consultant, valuation expert, or M&A professional, you'll leave with practical market intelligence to have more meaningful conversations, uncover opportunities sooner, and strengthen your role as a trusted advisor.
