XPX Hawaii (XPX HI): Enterprise, Exits, etc. A conversation with Ed Schultz
Please join us for the next Exit Planning Exchange of Hawaii (XPX HI) event. XPX HI is a network of trusted advisors to privately-held businesses. We are building a strong, collaborative local business ecosystem that views exit planning as a holistic exercise along the entire life of a private business. Come join our diverse membership of professional advisors as we help clients build business value, transfer ownership and create a legacy of success in their lives and their communities. Our guest speaker for the event is Ed Schultz. He will be presenting “Enterprise, Exits, etc. A conversation with Ed Schultz”
Join us for a candid lunch-and-learn conversation with Ed Schultz on what business owners face as they build, scale, transition, and eventually exit their companies. Drawing on his experience leading Hawaiian Host Group, growing Honolulu Coffee, serving on boards, and now investing through Parallel 21 Partners, Ed will share practical lessons on creating enterprise value, preparing for ownership transition, choosing the right capital partner, and navigating the emotional and strategic realities of life after a transaction. The discussion will offer advisors a deeper understanding of how to engage business-owner clients before an exit is imminent.
Who should attend? Professionals interested in helping business owners grow and maximize the value of their business.
