Previously called Cross-Chapter Power Networking, the XPX Advisor Exchange is a great way to meet other XPX members across the country. We're excited to have XPX Denver member, Ted Caulkins (Partner, BizNavigators) as this month's networking host.
BizNavigators is a lower-mid market business brokerage based in Denver, serving businesses nationally through sell-side representation and advisory. From inception, BizNav has committed to closing over 70% of all businesses they bring to market, a complete inversion of the current national average (app 28% close rate). They believe this is the highest batting average for any lower-market brokerage; they accomplish this threshold in three ways:
- carefully select the businesses we work with and firmly believe in their market value
- apply upper-market systems, processes and 20+yr CPA experience on behalf of every customer
- offer an uncommon level of customer service and respect to every seller, buyer, suitor and partner throughout our M&A ecosystem
This program takes place virtually on Zoom. Here's what to expect:
- Our Global team will organize three breakout rounds of approximately 15-minutes
- For each breakout round, a discussion question/topic will be provided by Ted. You'll be automatically assigned with a group with two-three fellow XPX members (you'll meet a total of around six new people in each hour).
- We'll wrap each of the breakout sessions with a short discussion where attendees have the opportunity to share key takeaways and insights
- Quick recap of the XPX app that we launched earlier this year, highlighting key features to help you connect with fellow members and attendees
The XPX Advisor Exchange is just one more way we fulfill the promise of powerful inter-disciplinary connections and learning. You might even find a great resource for your clients!
