Our November capstone puts the year's learning to work. You'll join a small group of advisors from different disciplines — M&A, legal, tax, wealth, valuation, insurance, banking — and work through a real exit challenge submitted by an XPX member. Names and details are disguised. The problems are not. Each group will separate the real problem from the symptoms, decide which disciplines it touches, test competing strategies, and ask the hard question: what should have happened two years earlier? You'll leave with lessons you can apply to a client this month — and a sharper sense of when to bring in the advisor sitting next to you.
