November's capstone puts the year's learning to work. In small, cross-disciplinary teams, you'll tackle a real exit challenge submitted by an XPX member. Names and details are disguised. The problems are not.

Teams will separate symptoms from root causes, identify the disciplines involved, evaluate competing strategies, and answer a critical question: What should have happened two years earlier?

You'll leave with practical lessons you can apply immediately and a sharper understanding of when to bring the right advisors to the table.
