LouAnn Conner will give M&A and Exit advisors an overview of artificial intelligence and its implications for transactions.

She will explore how AI may affect business models, operations, risk, and expectations of value, and what advisors and their clients can do to prepare.

The session will offer a practical foundation for asking informed questions, testing assumptions, and helping buyers and sellers navigate AI-related opportunities and challenges with greater clarity.

Dr. LouAnn Conner is the founder of SagaciousThink, advising business leaders and boards on aligning strategy, operations, and governance through growth, acquisitions, leadership transitions, and succession. A civil engineer by training, she brings a systems perspective shaped by leadership roles at NASA Goddard, work with DARPA, and engagements with PG&E, AMD, Cisco, TIAA, and Honeywell. She holds a doctorate in corporate governance and risk and an MBA in international business. An NACD Certified Director and Governance Fellow, LouAnn helps organizations strengthen decision-making, execution, accountability, and resilience to support sustainable growth.
