Was It Something I Said? Why Buyers Walk Away From a Deal

But, More importantly – how can we keep that from happening to our clients?

Hear representatives from Family Office and Private Equity discuss transactions from their side of the table. We will discuss the types of transactions they seek and how they find them, where they see value in a company’s infrastructure, management, types of revenue sources and support team. And yes, what didn’t they buy and why they passed on that deal. Let’s see if we can’t also hear the latest on how active they feel the market is going to be going forward this year.

Get your questions ready – because they have all the answers!
