RJ has 20 years of experience in supply chain/logistics working with manufacturers, distributors, trucking companies, and third-party logistics companies.

Prior to consulting, RJ worked in Distribution in the Healthcare industry, Warehouse & eCommerce in the Retail industry, Transportation & Logistics for companies including UPS and Manufacturing & Distribution for the Food Industry as a 3PL provider. RJ has also been Head of Global Supply Chain for multiple companies, most recently, for a $2.1 billion publicly traded manufacturing company where he developed, implemented and managed strategic initiatives such as; Hub & Spoke transition, transportation optimization, centralized supply chain operations and integrated technology (TMS/WMS/Telematics).

Since transitioning to consulting in Summer of 2017 with LMCO as the Supply Chain Advisory Leader, and then moving to BDO in 2019, RJ has assisted clients at various manufacturing, distribution and transportation companies focused on supply chain network design/integrations, manufacturing process.
