A corporate finance professional turned real estate entrepreneur, Kent has over 30 years of experience in financial and real estate investment, construction management, and property flipping. He is currently the Managing Partner of several multi-million-dollar rental portfolios.
In 2018, Kent became a client of the Deferred Tax Strategy, a flexible strategy to defer capital gains taxes on the sale of significant estate positions. In 2019, Kent founded Guardian DST Services and became a Trustee. He educates and assists clients selling businesses, investment properties, and other highly appreciated assets, leveraging the Deferred Tax Strategy to defer taxes and accumulate wealth.
