XPX Atlanta - The Structure of the Deal
Unconventional alternatives to an outright sale
There are so many more ways than most owners realize to structure the sale of their business and help achieve their most important goals.
Attention Trusted Advisors - this is going to be good. XPX Atlanta is bringing in advisors to discuss last month’s ’ — where we heard from 3 owners about their 3 very non-traditional exits — so that you can gain a deeper understanding of these and other types of unconventional deals.
Here are a few of the key deal structure options we’ll cover, along with variations on these approaches. As always, we will include time for Q&A and our signature roundtable discussions.
