Elliot Hershik
DECO Accounting Services

Elliot Hershik brings over four decades of accounting and operational leadership to his role as General Manager at DECO Accounting Services. Since 2015, he has specialized in managing a team of professional Accountants who work on clients’ financial accounting. He passed the CPA exam in Illinois in 1992 and is a graduate of Cornell University with a BA in Economics. Elliot served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps with several international deployments. Outside of work, he’s dedicated over 20 years to coaching youth rugby, bringing the same values of discipline, teamwork, and accountability to the field as he does to his clients.

David Bogetz founded his strategic consulting firm, Burnham Capital Partners in 2003, following a successful career in banking and as an institutional investor in VC/PE. He now focuses on developing strategies with small and mid-sized business owners to navigate growth, lead acquisition efforts, and help companies manage challenging economic periods. His approach helps owners clearly define what success looks like, and then partnering with leadership teams to develop practical strategies to achieve this success. He remains actively involved in execution, providing guidance when it matters most. David places strong emphasis on building healthy corporate cultures grounded in trust, accountability, and open communication.

Srbo has 27 years of experience in all the major financial planning areas that guide clients through the complexities of building a financial plan. He focuses on the purpose of the client’s money and helps them achieve their goals by providing tailored solutions. He has deep experience evaluating the overall financial picture. Srbo’s specialties include financial planning, retirement planning, small business retirement plans, investment planning, risk management, tax planning, budgeting/cash flow analysis, education planning, estate planning, and charitable giving. Srbo earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Illinois in Chicago. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor®.
