Previously called Cross-Chapter Power Networking, the XPX Advisor Exchange is a great way to meet other XPX members across the country. For this month's networking, we are delighted to have Diana Murphy, Executive Coach at Diane Murphy Coaching. She is also a long-time member of XPX Atlanta.

Diana Murphy is an emotional mastery and mindset coach who works with leaders and founding business owners navigating disruptive shifts in their careers and lives. She loves working with leaders when shi(f)t hits the fan: exit, scaling your business, divorce, illness or retirement.

With over 12 years as an executive and life coach, Diana brings a deep understanding of the institutional and cultural pressures that high-capacity leaders face. She sees how unchecked emotional strain quietly undermines even the most capable leaders.

This program takes place virtually on Zoom. Here's what to expect: 

• Our Global team will organize three breakout rounds of approximately 15-minutes
• For each breakout round, a discussion question/topic will be provided by Diana. You'll be automatically assigned with a group with two-three fellow XPX members (you'll meet a total of around six new people in each hour). 
• We'll wrap up the networking with a short discussion where attendees have the opportunity to share key takeaways and insights
• Quick recap of the XPX app that we launched earlier this year, highlighting key features to help you connect with fellow members and attendees

• Search for “XPX-Exit Planning Exchange” or scan the QR code
• Select “XPX-Exit Planning Exchange” in the results, click GET and download

• Click the profile icon located at the top right of the app home page to log in using your XPX profile email
• The system will send you an access code to set a password
• You should now have access to the event 
• Now that you’re logged in, you can make edits to your profile by clicking on the profile button at the top right of the home page
