Enhance your member profile by adding a photo and your company logo! It’s a great way to personalize your presence and showcase your organization. Follow these simple steps to update your profile:
1. Log In to Your Account
First, make sure you’re logged in to your member account by going to www.exitplanningexchange.com and clicking on the Log In button on the top right-hand corner of the page. Remember to use the email address associated with your member profile as your username.
2. Go to Your Profile
Once logged in, navigate to your member profile. You can usually find this by clicking on your profile picture or your name at the top of the page.
3. Select “Edit Photo”
Look for the “Edit Photo” button—typically located near the top of your member profile’s dropdown menu (photo below). Click on it to upload or update your high-res photo.
4. Upload Your Photo
To upload your personal photo:
- Now that you’re on your member profile page, click on the camera icon in the top left-hand corner located next to your photo (pictured below).
- Click “Upload Photo” to upload your photo for the first time or add a new one.
- Browse your computer or device and select the photo you’d like to use.
- Ensure the photo meets the platform’s image guidelines (e.g., file size, resolution, and jpeg or png format).
- To save changes, click on the “x” located at the top right-hand corner of the pop-up screen.
5. Add Your Company Logo
Now, let’s add your company logo:
- Click on the camera icon located next to Company Name in the About section of your member profile (pictured below).
- Click “Upload Logo” and choose the logo file from your device. Make sure it’s high-quality and properly formatted.
- To save changes, click on the “x” located at the top right-hand corner of the pop-up screen.
6. Save Your Changes
Don’t forget to click the “Save” or “Update Profile” button at the bottom of the page to apply all changes.
7. Review Your Updated Profile
Take a moment to review your profile after saving. Your new photo and logo should now be visible, making your profile more engaging!
