New York Chapter Introduces Case Study Series

The New York chapter is in formation and looking for professional advisors who help business owners plan for a successful exit.  New this year, we will be following a case study approach that proved highly successful in the Connecticut chapter last year.  In this first meeting we will be reviewing the issues and opportunities that surround our case study for the 2016-2017 XPX program year. Our ‘client’ is a partnership that wants to position itself for an exit in two to three years. As with most companies, there are some issues that need to be resolved to make the transition, and ultimate exit, a success.

September’s event will be a round table discussion that will set the foundation for the rest of the year. This highly interactive session will break down the case into several core areas that surround exit planning – management transition, operational improvements, financial planning, strategic development, etc.

As an association of seasoned advisory professionals for business owners and their companies, we are all focused on delivering the highest level of subject matter expertise to our clients and we would value your expertise and insights as we set up for the rest of the year!
