Due Diligence and Legal Documentation: Process, Preparation, Pitfalls and What Does It All Mean:
In this XPX session, we will walk-through a high level overview of the due diligence and transactional documentation process of a typical sale/acquisition. During our time, we will learn some of the "whats" and "whys" of due diligence, including some current events (spoiler alert--SBA/EIDL/PPP Loans may be referenced), and explore some of the salient documents of a typical transaction and highlights of important provisions and how those provisions function and why they are important. Of course, we will also have a breakout room discussion exercise for hand to hand participation!
