Kelli Kochs is a finance professional with over 24 years of experience in the industry. She began her career in Commercial Banking at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta, GA. For 16 years, she was a trusted advisor to privately held small to middle market size companies.
In 2020, Kelli joined Alpharesults. She assists companies with Georgia State Tax Credits and Federal Credits, serving CPAs and other advisors to help clients reduce their tax burdens. In her first year, she helped 30 companies obtain over $10 million dollars in tax incentives.
Jonathan Warner
Alpharesults, LLC / Workforce Training Partners, LLC
Jonathan Warner’s experience includes hundreds of clients in the manufacturing, IT, aerospace, and service industries. Jonathan specializes in guiding companies through the Georgia Retraining Tax Credit process. A former Georgia economic development team member, he provided marketing and programming support statewide for the Quick Start training program and the Georgia Retraining Tax Credit.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Jonathan has a BS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a master’s from the University of Georgia’s Human Resource & Organization Development program. He is a volunteer for the Boy Scouts, a musician and lay leader in his congregation, and a SCUBA diving instructor.
Duke Mowrer

Jeffrey “Duke” Mowrer is a tax credit specialist, certified financial educator and founder of Buckhead Planning Group, a provider of tax migration strategies. He has helped numerous individuals and companies take advantage of tax credits including Georgia tax film credits, low income housing credits and solar tax credits.
Duke spent 17 years of his early career as an independent financial adviser for Turner Wealth. He has a Bachelor’s in Finance from Franklin University.
