Stage 2 is a business’s transition from a successful company making great profits within a tightly defined niche to a business that can achieve substantial expansion. Closing this gap requires organizational strength along with organic and inorganic (acquisition, roll-ups etc.) growth that benefit from the company’s “secret sauce.” This session will be a panel format addressing three key questions:
1. What creates Enterprise Value?
2. What is the buyer looking for in an acquisition?
3. What questions are buyers asking?
Participants will have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions with the panelists.
Our Panel:
Clare Price - CEO - Octain Growth Systems
Clare is the President and CEO of Octain Growth Systems, the marketing operations company that helps you take control of your marketing through smart execution. Her new book, Smart Marketing Execution, defines the strategies, execution process and automated systems mid-market companies need to use to accelerate their profits, performance and productivity for a successful exit.
Daniel Steyn - Outsourced VP of Sales - Sales Xceleration - Carolinas
