Stage Three is all about getting a business ready for sale. What are the owners’ goals? What kind of transaction would work toward those goals? What would be contrary to them? How do these goal-based decisions affect the type and degree of preparation required?
Our discussion will center on a multi-million dollar revenue machine shop. Participants will break out into groups to tackle questions posed by the facilitator.
