Bob comes to his consultant role from an early career in revenue generation followed by 20 years of education and organizational development. He received a Master of Arts in Teaching from Johns Hopkins University and honed his skills creating and delivering curriculum to help students achieve Advanced Placement scores worthy of college credit, and business leaders achieve revenue and KPI goals.

He founded BHHC Consulting and joined Culture Partners to help organizations build high-performing teams that achieve results faster. To live in the tension of doing two things at once – winning and improving.
