She has over 25 years of experience in capital markets and lives in Port Washington with her husband and the youngest of four sons. James Jack is a Managing Director and the head of the UBS Business Owners Client Segment where he is responsible for bringing resources, products, and intellectual capital to support business owners who are contemplating monetizing their life’s work and the financial advisors that serve them. Recently, James also was tapped to lead UBS’s Multigenerational Wealth Client Segment to bring the resources of UBS to support families and their rising generations in the transition and transfer of wealth.
James holds a BS in Finance and Economics from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Terence Hannafin is a Partner at Carter Morse & Goodrich and has been advising closely held and family-owned companies for more than 15 years to help them achieve their ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ transaction. At CMG, Mr. Hannafin is responsible for leading the execution of transactions (focused on manufacturing, consumer products and business services) and directing business development initiatives.
Mr. Hannafin holds a BS in Finance from Boston College where he was a member of its NCAA Division I football team. Mr. Hannafin maintains his FINRA Series 82, 24 and 63 securities licenses with CMG’s FINRA registered broker-dealer affiliate, Carter Capital Corporation.
