This month we are going to shift focus to employees. It is not uncommon for entrepreneurial business owners to spend too little time preparing for employee matters. Our discussion will focus on best practices for crafting employment agreements with an eye towards exit. Our speakers will also discuss enforcement of restrictive covenants (e.g., non-compete, non-solicitation) as they may apply to selling owners and legacy employees post-transaction.
