She is a passionate entrepreneur and hands-on business owner who believes in building long-term relationships with her clients. She works closely with growing businesses on developing financial and tax strategies to operate profitably and prepare for growth. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Finance and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis, and Certified Tax Planner.
Geoff Miller - Business Owner with Exit Experience
Geoff, the CEO of Green Links Consulting & Management, helps small and mid-sized local business owners grow their business through breakthrough sales consulting linking you to greener pastures. Previously, Geoff grew and exited the family business, Professional Recovery Consultants, which specialized in 1st and 3rd party collections for Healthcare, Government, Banking/Financial, Utility and Commercial sectors. After almost 4 decades of succes, Geoff was able to orchestrate a favorable exit. This experience, plus a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Georgia, enables him to provide high-value insights for the XPX audience.
J. Brian Morgan - Financial Planner with Exit Planning Certification
Brian is the Founder & Financial Strategist of TAELOS Financial Partners and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. This combination of capabilities gives him unique insights into how an exiting business owner can best prepare their financial picture for an advantageous exit. In addition, Brian is highly skilled in comprehensive business planning, succession planning, and fiduciary services. A graduate of North Carolina Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Business Administration, we look forward to learning how exit-hopeful business owners can pave the way for the outcomes they most desire.
Alicia Parr - Moderator
A prior XPX Triangle Board Member, Alicia is the CEO of Performentor, a full stack fractional HR firm. In addition, she Chairs a Vistage Key Executive group. She works with a wide array of business owners who are active in M&A, venture capital, and planning for their own exits. Alicia will serve as moderator of this esteemed panel. Alicia has a Bachelors in Business and Marketing, along with a Masters in Mass Communication, both from the University of Georgia.
