Ken DeGraw - provides services in the areas of insolvency, receivership, bankruptcy, and forensic accounting amongst others. Ken also provides tax compliance and criminal tax controversy services to individuals and businesses. He has also provided expert witness and testimony in a variety of litigation matters.
Today, he serves on the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services executive committee as well as the chair of the Bankruptcy Task Force.
Ken is a certified public accountant in New Jersey, New York and Georgia, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Certified Fraud Examiner. In addition to his credentials above he also holds a CFF-Certified in Financial Forensics designation from the AICPA.

Seth L. Dobbs - advises clients on complex commercial transactions, business and franchise disputes, regulatory compliance and operational issues. He regularly provides legal counsel to new and used automobile, truck and motorcycle dealers on matters relating to dealership personnel, floorplan and retail credit relationships, finance, insurance and other recurring issues.
He also guides dealers on their rights and obligations related to franchisors and manufacturers as well as advocates for them in disputes involving terminations, ownership transfers, add-points, warranty reimbursement, franchise modification, price discrimination, warranty and incentive audits and other manufacturing programs.

Jason Navarino - has considerable experience advising business clients with respect to structuring and documenting domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in a tax-efficient and tax-compliant manner. He also helps them form operating and investment partnerships and limited liability companies, in addition to managing other tax and corporate matters.
Jason received his J.D. from Yale Law School in 2007, where he was Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal and Director of the Community and Economic Development Clinic and its Small Business Legal Services program. He received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University in 2004. Jason attained his LL.M. in Tax Law at New York University in 2013.
