Michael is a Director in Kreischer Miller’s Transaction Advisory Group. Michael has over 15 years of public accounting experience, most recently specializing in providing financial due diligence for buyers and sellers, quality of earnings, net working capital analysis, purchase agreement recommendations, and merger and acquisition services to his clients. He has advised on a variety of complex transactions, including carve-outs, recapitalizations, and rollups.
Michael’s experience includes working with a variety of privately-held and family-owned businesses such as manufacturers, distributors, professional service companies, technology companies, staffing firms, healthcare and government contractors.
