Beckie’s entrepreneurial career has included serving as the Integrator of an EOS® run engineering staffing firm servicing the energy sector growing from $6M to $25M in revenue, giving her first-hand experience managing a flourishing business.

For the past 9 years, as a Certified EOS Implementer, Beckie has helped privately held business owners get more of what they want from their businesses and plan for their exits. She facilitates leadership teams to alignment, focus, discipline and accountability so they can maximize the value of their business.

Beckie is also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
