Trevor is the CEO of The Menke Group, a nationwide firm specializing in ESOPs. His background includes entrepreneurship, private equity, and accounting. He joined Menke in 2015 as the CFO and transitioned to the CEO role in 2024. He is a licensed CPA, holds the ABV valuation credential, FINRA Series 24, 63, and 79, and has a Masters in Tax.

Art is the CEO of Matrix HG, Inc, a leading HVAC and high value building solutions provider in the SF Bay Area. He cofounded the company in 2002, oversaw rapid growth and the transition to 100% ESOP owned in 2023. He has a proven history of co-founding and leading successful HVAC ventures. Art remains CEO and on the Board.
