Danielle Friedman is the Practice Group Leader for Estates and Trusts (East) and a principal in the firm’s Estates & Trusts Practice Group. She provides sophisticated estate and tax planning, including wealth preservation, asset protection, charitable giving, and estate administration. She also advises fiduciaries on probate, tax filings, and beneficiary matters. In the firm’s Business Law and Transactions Practice Group, she handles corporate governance, succession planning, and commercial agreements. Danielle is known for her attentive, tailored client service. She earned her J.D. from Temple University and has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers “Rising Star” since 2017.

With more than 15 years of experience, Rachel leads the firm’s Private Client Advisors tax practice in the Philadelphia region and is a key member of the national Estate & Gift Tax specialty group. She advises individuals, families, and closely held businesses on income tax planning, wealth transfer strategies, business tax matters, and charitable giving, using a holistic, collaborative approach. Rachel holds a B.A. in Accounting from Moravian University and a Master’s in Taxation from Villanova University. She is active in the community and serves on several boards, including the Philadelphia Ballet and regional estate planning councils.
