XPX Philadelphia - The Fine Print That Bites: Managing Risk Through Reps, Warranties, and Indemnities
While headline price grabs attention, it’s the legal fine print that decides whether a seller truly walks away clean. This session pulls back the curtain on representations and warranties, indemnities, escrows, and insurance—showing how “done deals” can unravel long after closing and how smart advisors help clients spot hidden risks, avoid post‑closing surprises, and exit with confidence.
