XPX Atlanta: July Virtual Workshop – ESOPs and Alternative Exits for Business Owners (ATL Members Only)

A discussion and 101 on succession planning, hosted by Project Equity and Georgia Center for Employee Ownership (GACEO)
When business owners begin exploring succession planning, trusted business advisors play a critical role in helping them map out a successful exit strategy. However, often left unexplored is one of the most effective and tax-advantaged routes: selling the business to the employees.
The Georgia Center for Employee Ownership (GACEO), Prairie Capital, and Project Equity are partnering to offer a free session designed specifically for business advisors.
In this webinar, we will provide an introduction to the Advisors Edge Exit Pro 101 platform and demonstrate how this tool can help you evaluate the mechanics of private company transitions and provide the advisory support owners rely on when selling to their workforce. We will walk you through the platform’s features so you know exactly how and when to recommend this path to your clients.
What to expect during this webinar:
- A guided walkthrough of the Advisors Edge Exit Pro 101 platform and how to integrate it with your advisory services.
- An overview of the core advantage of employee ownership as an exit strategy
- Real-world case studies highlighting successful employee ownership transitions and how they were structured using these strategies
Add the Advisors Edge Exit Pro 101 platform to your exit planning toolkit and help your clients explore a path that secures their financial future, preserves their legacy, and rewards the people who helped build the business.
