XPX Advisor Exchange (Cross-Chapter/Members-Only)

Previously called Cross-Chapter Power Networking, the XPX Advisor Exchange is a great way to meet other XPX members across the country. We'll be continuing with the same format and are excited to have Advisor Resource Center member, Nanette Miner (Managing Consultant, The Training Doctor, LLC) as this month's networking host. The Training Doctor specializes in building leadership pipelines that ensure exit plans are supported by ready and capable successors. More than leadership development, they focus on building a leadership strategy.

This program takes place virtually on Zoom. Here's what to expect: 

• Our Global team will organize three breakout rounds of approximately 15-minutes
• For each breakout round, a discussion question/topic will be provided by Nanette. You'll be automatically assigned with a group with two-three fellow XPX members (you'll meet a total of around six new people in each hour). 
• We'll wrap up the networking with a short discussion where attendees have the opportunity to share key takeaways and insights
• Brief tour of the new XPX app, that we soft launched in April, highlighting key features to help you connect with fellow members and attendees

The XPX Advisor Exchange is just one more way we fulfill the promise of powerful inter-disciplinary connections and learning. You might even find a great resource for your clients!

• Search for “XPX-Exit Planning Exchange” or scan the QR code
• Select “XPX-Exit Planning Exchange” in the results, click GET and download
• Open the app
• Click the profile icon located at the top right of the app home page to log in using your XPX profile email
• The system will send you an access code to set a password
• You should now have access to the event 
• Now that you’re logged in, you can make edits to your profile by clicking on the profile button at the top right of the home page
