Kacie Scott is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Zak Human Solutions, where she leads recruiting and workforce planning for companies in high-growth mode. She brings a decade of HR experience and a conviction that most scaling problems are really role-design problems, the right people in the wrong seats, or the right seats never defined. Kacie has built the firm's full-cycle recruiting practice from the ground up and works directly with founders on org design, hiring strategy, and the operational discipline that keeps rapid growth from outrunning the business.

XPX MEMBER NO SHOW POLICY: All events are subsidized by our member dues. If you do not cancel your attendance at least 3 business days before the event and/or you fail to attend the event (no show) you will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Non-Members: $50.00
Non-Members Same Day Fee: $60.00

Parking Information: Free visitor parking is available in the garage attached to the building. Once you enter the building, the conference room is on the ground floor, just through The Coffee House.

Regular Monthly Educational Events Cancellation Policy: You may request a full refund for your event registration up to 72 hours before the scheduled date and time. After that deadline, the sale is final and no refunds or credits will be issued. The registration fee is non-transferable, non-substitutable and no replacements are offered.
